ONLINE: Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support the body’s ability to heal itself. I also use Therapeutic Touch and Chakra Balancing techniques when providing the Reiki service. It is completely intuitive in response to your stated challenge and what my intuitive guidance informs me. This is an online experience that lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes. You may feel like sleeping, or as if you are meditating. I am working with you in your relaxation whether sitting or laying down, even though we are virtual.
