This a super-holistic list of superfoods for daily ingestion. (And, don’t forget to check resources below.)

Super-holistic entails spirit, mind, emotions, body AND the environment in which we live.

Superfoods deliver optimum nutritional and energetic value to our human essence as the endpoint of the earth’s merciful food chain.

Unlike most superfood lists, this one reflects foods that grow in or are easily obtainable (and therefore fresher) in different regions of the country. It’s best to buy these foods 100% organic and USDA certified.

Make the effort to to purchase super-holistic superfoods that are harvested near you. Or, grow them yourself for maximal effect. Asterisk * indicates easy to grow superfoods for new or like me, baby gardeners.

There are superfood-infused products like my favorite MultiGreens™, which contains spirulina, choline and bee pollen as well as essential oils of rosemary, lemon, lemongrass and melissa (and an amino acid complex). Uptake of nutrients is said to be more than double when essential oils are added to vitamins and supplements. You cannot get MultiGreens™ at a health food store; you’ll need to contact me if you wish to buy it.

I’m happy to share my baby experiences growing spinach, kale, peppermint, onions and sprouts. However, my friend Teresa Speight is a veteran gardener with an award-winning blog and the expert to contact for growing-food-at-home guidance. God’s blessings on your superfood enrichment project!
