The first patient, MM Ali, from Jaipur credited meditation for his speedy recovery from the disease. Uttamchandani (61) from Jodhpur is the second patient to have tried this meditation technique. Uttamchandani was admitted to a Jodhpur hospital on March 22, after testing positive for COVID-19 on his return from a trip abroad.
He had tested 5 times positive for COVID-19. But after a week of regular meditation of 15 minutes in the morning and evening, on April 28th, his reports were negative and he was discharged. Uttamchandani said he tried home remedies and yoga in addition to this meditation technique.
